As our Dental Assistant, you'll step into the spotlight as the behind-the-scenes hero, ensuring our dental office shines with cleanliness, assisting seamlessly in endodontic procedures, and sparking inspiration for dental health. Your meticulous attention to detail, deep understanding of oral health, and knack for adhering to sterilization protocols will serve as the cornerstone of our practice's success.
Your Responsibilities:

Assist Dr. Mac in consultations by taking detailed notes and ensuring the necessary instruments are readily available.
Aid in performing endodontic procedures by providing dental instruments to Dr. Mac and ensuring patient comfort.
Execute dental instrument sterilization following established protocols with precision and enthusiasm.
Ensure treatment rooms are immaculately prepared before patient visits, including thorough disinfection of surfaces and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
Maintain optimal levels of sterilization supplies, promptly replenishing when necessary.
Vigilantly monitor sterilizer equipment performance, promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Uphold stringent infection control guidelines to safeguard against diseases and maintain a safe environment for all office occupants.

Skills

Demonstrates capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skill and adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Proficient communication abilities encompassing both verbal and written channels.
Previous experience in working with pediatric patients is considered advantageous.
