We are a general dental practice located in Pittsboro, NC. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic hygienist with a positive attitude. Must have excellent clinical skills, so that we can educate patients on oral hygiene, and communicate needed treatment.
HOURS: Monday- Thursday- 7:30AM- 5PM WITH ONE HOUR LUNCH
Responsibilities:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment- Follow infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
Requirements:- Valid state dental hygiene license- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well within a team environment
