Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our private practice for 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care, will have a strong focus on patient comfort and satisfaction, and is looking to establish long-term relationships with the team and patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where you can enhance your skills in various dental specialties while contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Conduct routine examinations and preventive care.
Execute various dental procedures including but not limited to restorative, endodontics, surgical, orthodontics, and prosthodontics.
Utilize x-ray and CT imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Experience or training in endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and surgery is preferred.
Strong patient assessment skills with a commitment to providing compassionate care.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is a plus.

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per day
