Position: Dental Office Administrative Assistant Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Beaumont Centre
Starting at $18/hour, negotiated based on experience!!

Beaumont Kids Dentistry is seeking a fun, friendly, and organized Dental Office Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Appointment Scheduling
Patient Registration
Insurance Verification
Accounts Receivable/Collections
Batching and Sending Insurance Claims
Managing/Resolving Denied or Rejected Insurance Claims
What You'll Bring To The Table:

â Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
X-Ray Certification (preferred)
Experience working with kids preferred
Experience in a pediatric dental office preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Love for working with children
