The office of Dr. Tom Laster is growing comfortably and looking for a registered dental hygienist for 2 days per week. We are open Monday through Thursday and can easily accommodate whichever 2 days fit your life best.
We use extraoral x-rays for challenging patients, numbing solution for sensitive patients, hour+ appointment times for effective treatment, a clear x-ray protocol that patients do not dictate, sensible and transparent treatment planning from the doctor, and we trust our hygienists to know what to do while never abandoning them to do it all alone.
We use Eaglesoft, digital x-rays, and cone beam imaging.
We have an orderly workflow that is rooted and cultivated on what has been the most successful and efficient for all departments.
