Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. ONE DAY PER WEEK on Mondays 9-4 or 5. other days are available as well.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have experience working in a dental office environment. This role is essential in providing high-quality dental hygiene services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining infection control standards. Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred. This is a laser practice, so any knowledge of laser is also a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during procedures.
Document patient information accurately in the dental software systems.
Collaborate with dentist and other team members to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience with dental office procedures and patient care.
Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Ability to take vital signs and recognize any abnormalities that may require further attention.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
