Position: Dental HygienistLocation: Fishers, INExperience: Open to new grads Schedule: 4 days per week, with early morning start times:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be integral in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. You’ll provide preventative care, educate patients, and collaborate closely with our team to deliver the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including charting and periodontal screenings.
Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Adhere to infection control and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Open to new Grads
Active Dental Hygiene license in Indiana.
Proficiency in dental technology and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient-focused, empathetic approach to care.
Certification in radiography and CPR preferred.
