Youâll play an integral role in helping us build our practice alongside our curated team. As our new Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in recommending and delivering periodontal care, including maintenance and follow-up treatment, to support our patients' long-term health.

What Weâre Looking For:
Patient-Centered Care: Youâll be responsible for recommending and providing treatment in a comfortable, compassionate setting, including patient education and follow-up care.
Strong Communication: Youâll communicate effectively with patients, the team, and myself to ensure smooth operations and top-quality care.
Commitment to Education: We want you to succeed in educating our patients. This includes using tools like intraoral scanning, photos, perio charting, and videos to help patients understand their treatment.
Efficient Scheduling: Work with the front desk to manage your patient schedule efficiently and fill gaps by seeing patients on your short call list.
Follow-Up Care: Youâll be responsible for checking in with patients after scaling and periodontal treatments to monitor their healing and address any questions they may have.
Team-Oriented: Weâre building a family here, and it takes a team to make it all work! Whether itâs helping a colleague with perio charting or assisting with radiographs, we all pitch in to provide the best patient care.

Pay: $38.17 - $41.00 per hour
