Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for payment arrangements for patient treatment plans and scheduling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions
Payment Arrangements
Create payment arrangements to minimize length of A/R in alignment with treatment planning protocol
Schedule Management
Position has full responsibility over scheduling the patients according to treatment planning protocol
Develop positive work relationships with all levels of management and other departments; work collaboratively with field management, dentists and non-DDS staff
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
Minimum of 3 years of treatment planning experience preferred
o Healthcare provider operating experience strongly preferred; dental or similar provider services experience preferred
o Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating management; demonstrated financial expertise
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Deep level of dental insurances (reimbursement rates, PPO agreements and policies, etc)
ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION
Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, DDSâ, and teammates to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an acute ability to listen attentively and to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization
Compensation
Hourly rate (commensurate with experience) with bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
