Job Title: Dental HygienistLocation: Dental Care at Babcock RanchSchedule: Office Hours Mon 7-5, Tuesday 8-6, Wednesday 7-5, Thursday 7-5, Friday 8-3 Huddle is 20 minutes before patient care
Full time with benefits could be 4 or 5 days a week!

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing, while educating patients about their oral health.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments using advanced technology to identify and address patient needs.
Build trusting relationships with patients to promote continued care and oral health awareness.
Collaborate with the dentist and team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Utilize 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointment times to provide focused, personalized care.
Assist with maintaining accurate patient records, charting, and treatment plans using the latest dental software.
Stay up-to-date with continuing education and best practices in dental hygiene.
Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure by start date).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients and team members.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on education and prevention.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Experience with advanced dental technology and software is a plus, but we are happy to train!
