Job Description:As a Front Office Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will be critical in creating a positive first impression and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
Maintain patient records and manage daily office tasks
Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments
Handle patient concerns with professionalism and care
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team player
Schedule:
Full-time position with clinical hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm (morning huddle at 8:30 am)
