The location for this position will be our Tamarac office.
Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience in dental front desk and treatment planning. Knowledge of Dental insurance claims, verification and eligibility a must. We are looking for a team player with passion and a positive attitude. (Mon-friday)
JOB DUTIES:
Check in of patients including taking temperature and verify all covid negative questions.
Confirm appointments, schedule next visit, and collect deposits.
Answer phones and assist patients
Present treatment plans, collect patient payments, run financing options and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
Verify and bill insurance.
Working with the office manager to provide excellent customer service and exceed patient expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of dental experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience
Open Dental experience a plus
Bi-lingual (spanish/english) a plus
