Job Description
We are excited to add an additional hygienist to our great team here at Rockside Dental! We strongly subscribe to the idea that "work" needs to be a place that is positive, uplifting, and a place we want to be. At Rockside Dental we focus on the team experience and atmosphere as much as we do the patient experience.
We currently have 6 hygienists that all have their own strengths, but who are all incredible in their own right. If you are interested in joining not just a hygiene team, but a team of doctors, assistants, and front office that really cares about each other and has a true "team approach" to daily work--we would love to connect with you.
Our hygienists are all paid hourly with a monthly bonus based off production. We train all of our hygienists on the importance of perio diagnosis, laser treatment, fluoride, and bruxism prevention. We make sure that everything we recommend to our patients is something that is ethical, honest, and something that would truly benefit them. With this approach we have developed a dedicated patient base that regularly refers their friends and family. With a team of 6 hygienists our re-care is schedule is still booked out 5-6 months.
