Full-Time General Dentist for Busy Practice in Providence, RI
$10K Signing Bonus plus mentorship, career development and partnership/equity opportunity!
Looking for a dentist who has completed a GPR/AEGD or has at least one year of clinical experience to work four or five days per week in a busy, comfortable, and family-oriented practice. The practice has 8-operatories, uses the latest digital clinical and practice management technology, and has a great clinical and support team.
The practice is insurance-based (no Medicaid) and has a large installed base of patients with 30+ new patients added each month. The new dentist position is to support the growth of the practice. This is a great opportunity to make this practice your own, PLUS with the ability to own part of the practice over time without having to make any initial financial investment! You will have the opportunity to work with and collaborate with two specialists (Endo and Perio) that each practice one day a week. The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental.
Compensation/Benefits/Partnership
Collections-based salary with guaranteed $160,000+ minimum annual compensation for one year after joining the practice. After just two years, there is the potential for .
