Position Info
Family Dentistry, Inc. in Lebanon, OH is adding a Dental Assistant to our growing team!
Position is 3 days a week, M-W, with an opportunity to add Thursdays in the near future. Family Dentistry is commited to providing opportunities for new and inexperienced team members to learn the industry. That being said, this particular position is targeted for an experienced assistant with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Specific functions include:
Assisting the dentist and completing a variety of treatment procedures
Taking digital x-rays
Assisting patient in understanding treatment plans and post treatment care.
Coordination with dental laboratories to ensure high quality deliverables of crowns, bridges and more
Coordinating schedules and treatment plans with patients in conjunction with dental laboratories.
Helping to provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and oral surgery
Assists in working with front and back office team to ensure efficient patient workflow throughout the day
Assists with sterilization, supply inventory/ordering and other tasks to support daily functions
