Job Description
At Dennis Dental Care, we are a well-established, privately-owned single location dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe in treating every patient like family and our experienced team is committed to delivering comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages. We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented Associate Dentist to join our growing practice.
Position Overview:You will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. We have an experienced doctor to provide mentorship and future partnership is available.
We are rapidly growing and are looking for someone to be a fixture of the practice for many years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and other general dental procedures.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients.
Collaborate with the dental team, including hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff, to deliver efficient and effective care.
Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license in Ohio.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for providing patient-centered care in a family-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience in a variety of dental procedures is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Competitive compensation with daily guarantee of $800-$1000/day for 6 months or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)
