Key Qualifications:
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification
Experience is preferred, but willing to train for the right fit
Strong communication skills
A team player who is loyal and dedicated to patient care
Responsibilities:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Performing EFDA duties
Taking dental radiographs (x-rays)
Managing infection control â sterilizing instruments and equipment
Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Educating patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Performing various office tasks as necessary
