Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, team-oriented professional with a passion for promoting excellent oral health. You will be responsible for performing routine cleanings, periodontal treatments, taking X-rays, and educating patients on how to maintain healthy smiles.
Responsibilities:
Perform prophylactic cleanings and scaling, including periodontal procedures.
Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays.
Screen patients for oral diseases and take necessary action to address issues.
Educate patients about proper oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options.
Assist the dentist with treatment planning and coordinating care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
CPR and first aid certification.
Proficient with dental X-rays and modern dental technology.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
