Our ideal hygienist would:
Be able to provide pain free dentistry
Have time to connect with patients, help patients feel comfortable, and help patients understand their current and future dental needs
Great with patient education; supports the doctor by identifying necessary treatment and being willing to continue to grow clinically
Able to both give and receive direction from team members, interested in innovative equipment
Looks for creative and innovative ways to improve the patients and office experience
