What Weâre Looking For:
⨠A Team Player: Weâre a close-knit team, and weâre looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative and friendly environment. ⨠Efficient & Organized: Help keep our office running smoothly by assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, and managing patient flow. ⨠Tech-Savvy & Eager to Learn: Familiarity with lasers and other advanced dental technology is a plus, but weâre excited to train someone with a passion for learning! ⨠A Positive Attitude: A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor is key in making our patients feel at ease and supported.
What Youâll Do:
Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients, take health histories, blood pressure, and assist with patient comfort.
Clinical Assistance: Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, assist the dentist during procedures, and manage dental materials.
Lab Tasks: Take X-rays, assist with impressions, and help fabricate temporary crowns.
Patient Education: Teach patients proper oral hygiene, provide post-operative care instructions, and explain treatment options.
Administrative Support: Help with charting, keeping records accurate, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Assistant required.
At least 1 year of experience preferred, but weâre open to motivated individuals with a passion for learning.
Knowledge of dental terminology and dental assisting techniques.
Ability to follow infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Schedule:
Alternating Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday schedule.
Every other Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; every other Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Staff typically arrives by 7:30 AM for a morning huddle.
