Pay-$40-$45/hourUnit: Procedure CenterShift: 10-hour Days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)Duration: 12 weeks (01/28/2025 to 04/26/2025)Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
Current State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Surgical Assistant or Surgical Tech Registration required
BLS certification required
EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) required
Minimum 2 years of oral surgery experience; pediatric experience in a surgical setting preferred
Experience with oral surgery trays (Stryker) and dental scaler (ultrasonic)
CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods (4-5 hour procedures)
No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
Responsibilities:
Assist in oral surgeries, particularly pediatric cases, in a surgical setting
Prepare and manage oral surgery trays and general dental assistant trays
Assist with minor oral surgeries; experience with minor oral surgery is a plus
Collaborate effectively with the surgical team in a high-paced environment
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the procedure
Educate patients and families regarding oral surgery procedures and aftercare
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
