## Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental clinic setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient service.
## Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately- Verify insurance information and process patient billing- Maintain patient records accurately in electronic systems- Coordinate with dental assistants to ensure patient flow is smooth- Keep the reception area organized and tidy
## Skills- Experience in dental administrative support, particularly in a dental clinic or urgent care setting- Proficiency in using office software and electronic dental records systems- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external contacts- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
