OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist/Treatment Co-ordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in office management, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the dental office.
Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process.
Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software Dentrix.
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and manage phone systems effectively.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries, including understanding dental insurance & treatment planning.
Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and office documents.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist role is required.
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix is plus.
Strong understanding of dental insurance is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide outstanding patient service.
Proficient in office management tasks including scheduling, filing, and handling phone systems.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Wednesday - 10 to 7
Thursday - 10 to 7
Friday - 10 to 7
Saturday - 10 to 4
Competitive Salary - $20-$28/hour
Incentive/Bonus, Spanish Speaker is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
