Job Description
Dental Hygienist position in Elk Grove Village
Our team oriented dental office is looking to add a Dental Hygienst for a Monday-Thursday position to replace our hygienist that is moving.
Experience preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys and is friendly and comfortable speaking with people

Our office hours are: Monday - Thursday from 9am-6:30pm (Wednesdays can be shorter days, if needed)
NO Fridays or Weekends
Hourly pay is based on years of experience and how many hours/days per week you will be available to work
Paid-Time-off available (1 hour of PTO per 40 hours worked, starts immediately)
Holiday pay after 3 months of employment
Simple IRA match of 3% after 1 year of employment

BONUS SYSTEM: 10% for fluoride, MI paste, electric toothbrushes sold
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION BONUS: $50-100 Daily bonus for hitting certain production goals per day

SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,500 paid after 6 months of employment, another $1,500 after 12 months of employment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week
