Our fun, friendly, private pediatric dental/ortho office is seeking a dynamic team member to join our front office team.
Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures â Dentrix a plusExperience working in a dental front office
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, clear phone voiceProfessional, positive attitudeSelf starter who enjoys working around children
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answering incoming calls/fielding questionsGreeting patients/familiesScheduling and confirming appointmentsVerifying insurance benefits/billing insurance/collecting payments
