What You'll Do:

Oversee daily clinical operations and assist the dental team
Train and mentor dental assistants
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist chairside
Manage supplies and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Foster a positive patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience
Proven leadership skills or prior experience as a Lead/Head Dental Assistant
Certification in X-ray and dental assisting (CDA preferred)
Organized, team-focused, and patient-centered attitude
Proficiency with Open Dental dental software
