Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including general dentistry and endodontics.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area by ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
Take and record vital signs as necessary before procedures.
Operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners, to assist in patient diagnostics and treatment planning.
Manage patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 â 40 per week
