Private dental office that is seeking an amazing general dentist to add to our well-established team. Ideally, we are seeking a dentist with experience, but would also consider a newer graduate. Our well-established dental practice is looking for a General Dentist with solid clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a compassionate chairside manner. Our practice has long-term, experienced team members in both our clinical and administrative departments. Candidates must show great leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team. Practice focus is primarily on Restorative, Preventive, Family, and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Ours is a privately owned, family practice with no intentions of becoming involved with any type of DSO or corporate affiliation. Our facility is state-of-the-art, built in 2018. The office is up to date with paperless charting, digital x-rays, and much more. Our patient population draws from generations of families (adults and children) throughout Central Massachusetts. Our office has a busy, well-established patient base and many new patients each month.
Our office is a fee for service and only in-network with one private insurance, with no HMOs, no Medicaid, no state-sponsored insurances accepted. The owner can also provide great mentoring if needed, along with an established team ready to assist with collaboration.
Our modern practice is in a growth mode, and a such this presents a great opportunity for a motivated clinician. No weekends are required! We have up to 4 days per week for the right candidate.
Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth, gums, oral cavity, tongue, head, and neck to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing x-rays and digital impression equipment to assist with patient care.
Providing high-quality dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia with care to patients, as needed.
Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following dental procedures.
Assisting with team communication and developing group collaboration.
Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
Massachusetts state license to practice dentistry.
Liability insurance with a clean record.
The ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Dentrix is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 â 32 per week
