About Us
We are a well-established, non-corporate, fee-for-service practice. Our small, private practice (1 Dentist, 2 Hygienists) is located in Greenville. We are focused on the patient and not the numbers. Our staff values teamwork and a close working relationship. Each Dental Hygienist sees 6-8 patients per day utilizing one hour for standard recall cleanings and two hours for a typical new adult patient w/cleaning and films. Instruments are regularly sharpened by Dr. Adams to aid in the efficiency of each cleaning while reducing hand fatigue. Our office prides itself in staying on time ensuring respect for everyone’s time. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30a-4:30p w/ lunch from 11:30a-12:30p.
Job Description

We are seeking a positive team player with a pleasant professional character and warm chairside manner. Previous dental experience and a working knowledge of Eaglesoft would be helpful, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities.
Essential Job Functions

Prepares dental equipment and instruments for patients' treatment
As assigned, performs patient triage and initiates patient care as appropriate to patients using dental hygiene procedures
Performs routine treatment procedures, such as cleaning, polishing, SRP, x-rays, application of sealants, fluoride, and related procedures
Develops and implements individualized dental care plans for patients
Educates patient on dental care
Records and reports pertinent observations relating to the patients in Eaglesoft
Schedules patients' appointments in Eaglesoft
Communicates clinical information as needed for purposes of treatment planning
Prepares, reports, and assists with patient telephone calls to specialists
Sterilizes operatory, equipment, and instruments in preparation for next patient
