Job Summary
We are a fast paced, expanding dental office in Chicago looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
The position requires someone who will care about patients enough to make sure they get the treatment they need, despite what other distractions come up in life. You must also understand the value of the care we deliver and be able to get that across to the patients so they see how we can change their lives for the better. We are looking for someone who is high energy and has a positive outlook on life. You must be able to work with and communicate with our team and be able to operate under the stress of a busy growing practice. We need someone with the desire to help people through education and quality care.
As a team, we work towards goals and we are looking for someone who wants to meet and exceed the set goals and not just be happy with average.
We need someone who will be fully responsible for hygiene care, their schedule being filled with great patients and ensuring that everything is being done to the highest standards.
We as a team are always learning new ideas and ways to grow the practice as professionals so we need that attitude with you as well.
