Job Description

Responsibilities:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, or other dental software systems- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Requirements:- Valid state dental hygiene license- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, or other dental software systems- Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $28.29 - $35.50 per hour
