As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Perform necessary diagnostic procedures including medical imaging and documentation review.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques in all procedures.
Assist in the management of patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff.
Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry practices and infection.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
