What Winning in This Role Looks Like:
Delivering quality, compassionate care to every patient
Guiding parents and patients through the PDC process before treatment
Educating patients on oral hygiene and providing post-operative instructions
Preparing patients for examinations and treatments
Taking x-rays and ensuring they are saved accurately in patient charts
Maintaining operatory rooms and ensuring they are ready for treatments
Preparing tray set-ups for hygiene procedures
Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment
Cleaning chairs and rooms after each use
Documenting patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient charts
Adhering to all government regulations and company standards
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
X-ray certification and certified dental hygiene credentials
Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Characteristics:
A strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction
A passion for working with children
Compassion, integrity, and a high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff
Dependability and reliability to be at work when scheduled
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in a dental office
Experience in pediatric dentistry
Physical Demands:
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, parents, and staff
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and perform tasks involving twisting, bending, and stooping

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
