We are seeking a self-motivated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice! We have a GREAT team that supports each other and works hard to maintain a positive work environment. We strive to provide excellent, professional care, comfort, and education to our patients. Attention to detail is a must both in clinical performance as well as charting/documentation. Have have a fully digital office and see patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and vital signs checks.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth to remove plaque and tartar.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient treatments and procedures.
Following infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Taking radiographs to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Must be a registered dental hygienist
Proficiency in dental hygiene practices/procedures.
Experience in Dentrix is appreciated, but not required
Professionalism
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of dental anatomy and medical terminology.
Proficient in managing medical records accurately and efficiently.
Excellent patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues effectively.
Ability to take vital signs.
Competence in utilizing medical imaging technologies for diagnostic purposes.

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 ââ¬â 36 per week
