I am searching for the right assistant(s) for my general dental practice in Virginia Beach. I am open to considering those who would like to work between 3.5 to 4 days per week.
I am looking for someone skilled, personable, caring, and loyal. You must be punctual, organized, a critical thinker, and able to stay on task—someone who is already a talented assistant but willing to incorporate my ways into your repertoire. I enjoy working with a talented and skilled assistant, and will be comfortable with you performing all possible tasks that you are capable of. You must be X-ray certified.
I have been a solo provider who is now incorporating a younger dentist into the practice. We are not corporately owned, nor are we “insurance driven.” We value and develop a close personal relationship with our patients that we believe allows us to provide the best care possible to each person.
