Job Description

We are a state of the art Dental Practice in need of an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a current certification from the State Dental Board and will also have prior experience doing basic dental procedures. In addition to providing first-rate customer service, this position requires that the assistant be able to multi-task and work well on a team. Dentrix dental software preferred, and must be x-ray certified.
Responsibilities:

Setting up and showing patients to their exam rooms
Preparing patients for procedures and/or surgeries
Assisting with procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and surgeries
Making dental impressions or taking digital scans
Sterilizing dental tools and equipment
General chairside assisting of dentist
Taking x-rays or CBCT scans when necessary

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.58 - $25.67 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
