Job Description
We have an innovative, high tech dental office in a beautiful rural setting with longstanding & well trained staff. Our seamless customized office is a one hour drive (against traffic) from the twin cities.
We are seeking a dentist to work full time, Mon-Thu, with our clinic. We have a beautiful facility, 6000 sq feet, customized office with 12 standardized ops, 12 Adec chairs, 3-D cone beam, 3 digital scanners, soft tissue lasers and hard tissue laser, Airflow technology, fully guided implantology, Piezo surgery, all high and low speed electric handpieces in each room, Trios 5 cordless scanner, and much more. We focus on quality of care, patient education and constant learning to implement latest and greatest technology in the office. We have full work out room in the basement, ping pong table for staff wellness, 24/7 access. We have a busy office with existing 2 doctors and 4-5 hygienists. We offer a wide range of dental procedures in depth, except for ortho.
We would like to have a MN licensed dentist with the following quality:* respectful, good chair side manners* genuinely willing to learn more dentistry* ethical quality dentistry* work hard, be responsible for his/her work* team playerBenefits/commitments/requirements:* Work 4 days a week, 7.5-8 hours/day.* Start from 33% compensation based on collection, each year there will be an increase by .5%. There is a cap of 35%* $100/hour guaranteed for the first 3 months or commission whatever is greater, after that on straight commission. At least $150k income in the first year and >$250k subsequent years is a realistic expectation.
* $250,000 annually and beyond is reasonably expected after the first year.
* 401k match 3% of the payroll every pay period after the first 90 days of work.* Soft Dental pays 1/2 premium of the annual liability insurance.
*Hiring Bonus $20,000, $10,000 after one year of employment and $10,000 after second year of employment.
* Health insurance if working 34 hours a week. Sick time paid in compliance with the new MN law.
* $1,500 CE allowance annually (for 2 day/week)
* One assistant provided with 2 chairs fully equipped.* State of the arts office, well maintained, good equipment/instruments and well trained staff.* Best environment to learn more of dentistry.* Prefer one year of experience or one additional training after dental school. If not, please bring proof of your good work from dental school.
