Connecticut Periodontal proudly provides the highest quality of periodontal care available. As a provider, advocate, and educator, you would have an integral role in helping patients achieve their best oral health. We are seeking a dental hygienist to join our fantastic team 1-3 days a week in our West Hartford location. Our typical hygiene visits are 60 minutes with additional time allocated for other procedures such as a full mouth set of x-rays and periodontal charting. We strive to make every patients experience positive and stress-free! The ideal candidate must be passionate, caring and thrive in a fast paced setting. Local anesthesia preferred. If you are not currently certified for local anesthesia administration we would cover the cost of the course!
SALARY NEGOTIABLE***
Available days and hours:
Tuesdays--8:00AM-5:00PM
Thursdays--8:00AM-5:00PM alternating every other week

Skills:
Conduct periodontal cleaning, charting and SRP
Educate patients on oral health practices
Perform oral cancer screenings
Manage the dental office infections control plan to meet OSHA, CDC, and American Dental Association (ADA) Standards.
