Dental Assistant
We are looking for a motivated, teamwork oriented, and professional Dental Assistant to join our dental office. You can be a part of successful and growing dental office.
Responsibilities:
· Setting up operatory rooms for dental procedures
· Restocking rooms
· Organizing and laying out instruments for dentist's use
· Handing instruments and other materials to dentists during procedures
· Assisting during all dental procedures (Extractions, Implant placements, Crowns, and Root Canals)
· Making patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
· Sterilizes and disinfects instruments and equipment.
· Prepares treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for dental procedures.
· Take diagnostic x-rays.
· Assists the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
· Records treatment information in patient records.
· Assists with other duties as needed
Qualifications
· Coronal Polishing and Sealants Certification -Preferred
· Must be good at multitasking, problem solving, and a cooperative team player
· Possess excellent communication and organization skills
· Be responsible and dependable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
