Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring infection control, and maintaining the highest standards of dental hygiene. This position requires a strong commitment to patient education and comfort while utilizing advanced dental systems such as Eaglesoft and Dexis.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations while adhering to aseptic techniques.- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accurate patient records and treatment plans.- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.- Assist in the management of infection control protocols within the dental office.- Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care.- Utilize dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dexis) for scheduling, record keeping, and treatment planning.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized.
Qualifications- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.- Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not required.- Proficient in infection control practices and aseptic techniques.- Familiarity with documentation review processes within a dental office environment.- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.- Knowledge of dental systems such as Eaglesoft and Dexis is an advantage.

Pay: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
