Job Description: Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a fulfilling role in a thriving, patient-centered practice? This is a fee-for-service (FFS) office with a large patient base and over 20 years of excellence, and is seeking a dedicated RDH to join our friendly and professional team on the north side of Chicago in Lakeview.
What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $55ââ¬â$70/hour(dependent upon experience). Generous Benefits: PTO after 3 months (2 weeks per year). Work-Life Balance: 30-35 hour work week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday-Thursday) with a single-column schedule, including 45- to 1-hour appointments. No nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control standards. Collaborate with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans.
Qualifications: Valid RDH license in Illinois (CPR certification required; local anesthesia certification is a plus). At least 1 year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply! Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
