What You'll Do:
- Discuss treatment plans and follow up with proposed treatment plans- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of dental professionals- Manage scheduling, billing, and inventory to maximize efficiency- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills- Expertise in dental billing, insurance claims, and practice management software- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment- A passion for delivering exceptional patient service
