Your role as Our Dental Assistant:

Build meaningful relationships with patients and make them feel like part of the family.
Provide exceptional chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures.
Ensure patients are as comfortable as possible during treatment.
Apply Dental Sealants, Polish teeth, apply fluoride treatments, and demonstrate oral hygiene techniques.
Capture dental X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans.
Turn over rooms efficiently and maintain sterilization protocols.
Assist in charting during diagnosis and treatment planning of dental caries, gum disease, and other oral conditions.
Maintain dental equipment.
Fabricate Temporary Crowns, take digital impressions.
Stay compliant with state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).

Requirements:

Valid Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license for Minnesota.
2+ years of experience in a dental setting (preferred, not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A love for teamwork and creating a positive workplace.
