Alie Dental Associates, a successful family owned practice in Southern Maryland for over 40 years, is looking for an additional dental assistant to join the practice. This is a part-time position with additional hours available. Our office hours are Mon - Thursday 8 AM - 3 or 4 PM with additional Saturday hours available. This position is hiring immediately.
We are looking for a positive, hard working, and professional assistant who is punctual and able to work well with others. This candidate will need to be able to take initiative in a busy environment and perform duties to assist the dental assistant and office manager including: chair-side assisting, taking x-rays, breaking down/setting up dental procedures, taking inventory, sterilizing dental instruments, answering phones, greeting patients, checking messages, scheduling appointments, and filing charts.
