Job Responsibilities:
● Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
● Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized work area.
● Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits and assist with patient flow.
● Take and process dental x-rays, as directed by the dentist.
● Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and charting.
● Sterilize and disinfect dental equipment and materials according to protocols.
● Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and reminders.
● Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient
intake forms.
● Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent (required).
● Strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● A positive, patient-centered attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional care.
● Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
● No prior dental experience required; training will be provided.
● Any experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus.
