Seeking Pedo and/or Ortho DA or RDA to work either part time or full time in our high quality and busy patient centered practice.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, including 3D scanners and X-ray machines.
Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR systems like Dentrix.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care while monitoring vital signs as needed.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Dental Assisting Experience
Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
Experience with 3D scanners and patient monitoring techniques
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and or orthodontics
Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Dentrix and or Dolphin
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
Ability to perform X-rays and monitor vital signs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 37 per week
