Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and restorative procedures.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of dental assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
Travel to designated senior living communities to deliver mobile dental services.
Educate patients on proper oral health practices and preventive care.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Active Ohio dental license in good standing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable managing a full patient schedule with a focus on quality care.
Open to new graduates; prior experience in geriatric care is a plus.
Compensation & Employment Details:
Daily Guarantee: $800+ per day, depending on schedule and production.
Production Percentage: 33%.
Schedule: 1ââ¬â2 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Employment Type: 1099
Practice Highlights:
Serve 8ââ¬â12 patients daily on average.
Full schedule, Doctors can make an avg. of $800 to $1200 daily
95% collection rate with full backend scheduling and collection support.
No nights or weekends required.
