We are looking for an experienced office receptionist / assistant front office manager that is intuitive, a self starter, and that is driven and confident to run a boutique dental practice with the potential for job advacement. They should be able to consistently execute their duties and responsibilities in a professional manner. We require someone that is comfortable running dentrix reports (aging accounts, new patients, aging insurance claims etc.), presenting treatment plans, following up with unscheduled patients (recare, unscheduled tx), and insurance verfication/eligbility/benfits. This could be a good job for someone who was an office manager, or district manager for a corporate practice that is looking for a better work-life balance.
We currently have 3 hygiene days a week, and 4.5 doctor days a week. Both the hygienist and doctor only work 1 column at a time making for a nice, easy pace.

Skills required:
5+ years in dentistry with use of Dentrix. Non-negotiable
Ability to work M-F 7:30am-5pm,
Top notch hospitality - High end restaurant or hotel experience is a ++++
Good personality and professional communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
