Our well established high quality periodontal practice looking or a Front Desk Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator with superb communication skills, patient focused, detail oriented and organized. You MUST have dental experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
÷ Understanding and advancing the function of a dental front desk
÷ Excellent speaking voice, answering phones, making/confirming appointments
÷ Collecting payments and tracking the progress of all treatment plans
÷ Basic dental accounting
÷ Maintaining office cleanliness and dental office supplies
÷ Efficient patient management
÷ Going to current referral offices and building a relationship with them / dropping off parts
÷ Finding and going to new referrals
÷ Strong marketing background
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
÷ Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; must beable to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
÷ Understand dental insurances
÷ Basic Periodontal knowledge
÷ Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
÷ Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
÷ Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
÷ Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
Hours currently are approximately 32-38 hours a week
Monday, Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Two Wednesdays when we see patients the hours are 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. The other Wednesdays will be 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
One-two Fridays a month when we see patients the hours are 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. The other Fridays will be 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
