Dental Receptionist - Hillcrest Dental Group - Ocean Springs, MS

Seeking a self-motivated, customer service oriented dental professional for an expanding dental group practice. Excellence in interpersonal skills a must. At minimum, 12 months dental experience necessary. Experience with front office administrative work required. Dental insurance knowledge preferred. Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:

Patient check in and check out
Basic understanding of accounts receivable
Scheduling for multiple dentists and hygienists
Dental insurance verification and entry of benefits
Answering phone calls and handling patient requests
Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel efficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Patience, Kindness, and spectacular Customer Service is top Priority

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
